Every Smith Douglas home comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty and 10 year Structural Defects Limited Warranty. We recommend homeowners review their home and make a list of any warranty needs at 1 month, 3 months and 11 months from their closing date. These submittals are optional and we request that you review your Warranty Handbook first to ensure that all items are covered by the program.
